Defenders of Wildlife

They Are Our World

Do you remember when you stood in awed facination seeing your first wild animal in it's natural habitat? Our children need to be able to experience the same sense of awe, natural beauty and the excitement of observing our wildlife fisthand.

Our wildlife is our world. Each and every different animal has a natural beauty and is an integral part in our world's balance. Pictures or a story about an animal just are not the same as seeing one for the first time. The excitement and facination when you first see a deer, or wolf, or other wild animal cannot be communicated through books or pictures. We need to help them because they are not able to help themselves. They are just trying to survive in this high-tech world. They are a natural part of life and we need to make sure it stays that way. Each and every one is unique and special in it's own way.
