Our Children's Heritage

We go camping several times each year, and each trip includes at least one hike. Our kids absolutely LOVE it when we see wildlife in their natural surroundings, like soaring eagles or wandering deer. They know how important wildlife is to man, not for any monetary reasons, just for the simple fact that seeing wild life gives people joy. Knowing what wildlife must do to survive gives them a knowledge of how blessed THEY are.

We need to maintain the balance of man and beast. It is not man's right to decide that some animals are unnecessary for man's survival. God put us all here for a reason-to teach us how to get along. God also gave man "free will" and man often makes very poor choices. Choosing to allow God's creatures to become extinct is a very poor choice. We need all of God's creatures to remind us that we are but ONE of them, that we are just the stewards of this earth, and if we don't take care of the earth and all of its animals (including us), our children's future will look very murky.
