My Brothers, My Friends

My Brothers, My Friends

From an early age in my native country of France I felt a close kinship with wolves admiring these magnificent animals not only for their beauty but for their intelligence and family roots. After coming to this country I became a member of Defenders of Wildlife several years ago when I was asked for a donation and I have since been sending few dollars every month. Few years back I had the wonderful experience of meeting several wolves that had been rescued by a friend from Minnesota. I actually cried with joy when I finally was able to touch them and connect with them for I am sure they felt what I felt. Even a black tundra wolf came to me when he finally realized I was a friend. My life has been changed by those magnificent creatures letting me part of their world. Thank you Defenders of Wildlife for asking me to help several years ago. My encounter with my wolves friends still warms my heart. I have drawings of them all over my house.
